Elena — yoga instructor (Align Blue Drops)My new mat is a POSA Align. Thanks to its light weight, this is an excellent option for those who are constantly on the run. It also works very well for children. Gripping with dry and even slightly moist hands is fantastic. The graphic pattern is laid out in a way that helps you intuitively achieve the correct position during practice, which is especially important for beginners. As a result of the solid yet soft material, there is no longer any need for extra knee or hip support. The surface is very soft and nice to touch, which does force you to be careful in storing and using it, particularly in regards to any pets you may have. I recommend this to everyone, and I’m fully confident that it’s worth the price!
Lidia — yoga instructor (Align Crimson Moon)I’m testing out a new mat from the POSA Yoga Align series. When you train with it, you notice a whole set of features—light weight, thickness, and softness. It feels nice to the touch and the grip is excellent! As for the grip, I’ve put this mat through some asana trials where I truly needed the surface to not slip. It has visual markers which will help beginners orient themselves to the corners and various distances in asanas. This wasn’t so relevant for me, but it does seem to be a pretty popular feature. 😁 It’s a good option if you want to combine lightness+softness/thickness+good grip, all within a high quality mat. Pranayama practice on this is awesome by the way. Two hours in lotus pose definitely requires a soft mat. 😁😇
Anastasia — yoga instructor (Align Indigo Line)I have a new roommate 🤩 The Align yoga mat from POSA Yoga This is the lightest mat I’ve ever had in my life. For me, like for many other practitioners, the mat’s weight is a very important factor ☝️ It’s a truly pleasant experience, which means it’s not only nice to practice on it, but also to just lay on it ✨ I’ll be using it for meditations in the future. It’s lightweight, so I want to try using it for outdoor practice. Also, it’s very comfortable for stretching because it’s not hard on my bones. That’s the one—the beautiful blue mat that I’m standing on ♥️
Elena — yoga instructor (Align Crimson Moon)I don’t just practice yoga in my hometown, I also do it while traveling on vacation. That’s why I need a lightweight yoga mat. This mat is very light at 850 g, the base is very nice, and I intentionally chose these graphics. The visual markers are amazing — convenient and gorgeous! The base doesn’t slip whatsoever, when I’m practicing and it’s very hot, my sweat drips down and my hands and feet don’t slip, it’s fantastic. I highly recommend, this is now my Yoga Travel Friend.
Anna (Align Emerald Crystal)Let’s recap my first week of practicing on the new POSA Align mat. 👍 Lightweight. Even kids can handle this thing 😄. My little ones easily tug it around wherever they want to. 👍 Perfect grip with the floor! No false modesty here. 😎 Thoroughly verified ✔️ 👍 Springy. My knees, elbows, and chin tested this feature out 😅 (especially after natural rubber, you see what I’m getting at here? 😁) 👍 Soft, silky surface. 🤤 It’s hard to describe, you’ll have to try it out for yourselves. 🙏🙏🙏
Maria — yoga instructor (Align Blue Drops)Practicing on the POSA Align mat is an absolute delight ☺️ Its silky smooth surface makes for a very comfortable practice. The graphics shaped as markings are helpful for offset and for focusing your gaze 🤩 It’s so soft!! No need to tuck any cushions under your knees or hip bones ☺️, but it’s also resilient 👍 The thickness is just right, both for stability and for my joints. This mat won’t get icy if you leave it in your car overnight. You can easily just start practicing. It’s lightweight, less than 1 kg (2.2 lb) 👌 And the most important thing is the awesome grip, especially when your palms are sweaty. After winter, my dry hands still slide around a little until they get a bit moist. But I haven’t rolled it up in 2 weeks. I’m having too much fun doing yoga on it 🙏 😅 Highly recommend 👍
Alina — yoga instructor (Align Crimson Moon)A little bit about my POSA Align mat 💫 Positives: 🍃 the mat is very light; 🍃 its surface has a fairly good grip with my hands and feet; 🍃 for me personally it was really nice to practice backbends on it, whereas on a standard mat with no cushion or anything to tuck underneath me, my bones and joints would hurt. Negatives: 🍂 as a result of this softness, it’s not recommended to practice outside on an uneven surface with rocks, sticks, or sharp objects. This mat will work very well ✨ for those who are just starting out, ✨ for older folks who want to protect their joints, ✨ and for intermediate yogis who are trying to master some asanas more deeply and sharpen their practice. And that’s why I recommend you get one of the mats from this series.
Maria — yoga instructor (Align Crimson Moon)For two weeks I’ve been testing my ultralight mat with nonslip surface from the new POSA Align lineup, and I’m in heaven ❤️
💜 I barely sweat at all during practice, and with my dry palms the mat provides an excellent grip
💜 This mat is lighter than any «travel mat.» At the same time it’s not too thin, and very easy on my joints (6 mm thickness)
💜 I especially get a kick out of the mat’s surface, it feels great up against my body. It also has a fun little pattern that I look at while I stand and do 9 breathing cycles in asanas :)
💜 This mat is very sturdy. I move around on my heels while doing the splits and the surface doesn’t lose its shape at all!
For the most comfortable practice I recommend choosing a mat from POSA.
Irina — yoga instructor (Align Crimson Moon)I would like to share my impressions with you of the POSA Align mat. The first thing that you’ll notice during practice is the mat’s softness. This is an undeniable benefit for beginners and those with sensitive knee/hip joints. At a thickness of 6 mm, it’s ultralightweight, coming in at only 850 g (1.9 lb). That makes it very easy to carry to the studio or even to an outdoor practice area. As the owner of dry palms who is constantly slipping on my mats, I have to say that I feel very stable on this mat. I don’t slip in downward dog! It has proven itself worthy during practice—it doesn’t roll back up on itself, it sticks solidly to the floor, and it doesn’t shift around during various jumps.
Oksana — yoga instructor (Align Blue Drops)I’m breaking in my new POSA Align mat. The grip is on point 💪 The surface feels so niiice 🥰 And the visual markers! It’s so cool, you think you’re just practicing, and you don’t even notice how you’re unconsciously orienting yourself to the dots and lines 👯♀️ And on top of all that, the mat is hypoallergenic and non-toxic 🌱 😉
