This mat collection has a «sticky» hypoallergenic polyurethane surface that guarantees a solid connection with your hands, whether they’re cold, dry, or even soaking wet. The physical and mechanical characteristics of the polyurethane coating have allowed us to create a mat with superior durability, a surface that’s pleasing to the touch, and an outstanding grip.
The mat’s coating contains millions of microscopic pores that instantly absorb moisture when you touch its surface. Even if you sweat more than usual, your hands and feet will stay in place. The base of the mat is made up of natural rubber. Despite being so thin and lightweight, it possesses exceptional cushioning capabilities and provides a comfortable experience for those with sensitive joints. Between the coating and the base lies an antibacterial layer that stops sweat from penetrating through the surface to the base, and prevents the development of fungus and mold. Yoga mat warranty
We guarantee a lengthy life for the mat when it is used indoors, without shoes, and is properly taken care of. Our mats have an unlimited useful life. Every POSA mat comes with a 90-day warranty.
You will not be denied a refund solely on the basis of no longer having your receipt or order confirmation. Our manager will independently verify your purchase using the details you provide in your refund request.
Refunding a faulty product
You may return a purchased item at any time during the warranty period. In the event the warranty date is not displayed on your item, you may return the item within 15 days from the day of purchase.
If we shipped you a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you may return it for a refund, even if the item is on the list of nonrefundable products, as long as the item has no visible marks of use. Items marked as "Clearance" are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Refunding defective products:
- the refund amount will reflect the total product price, including shipping and return shipping costs;
- for partial refunds, the shipping and return shipping costs are not refunded;
- if payment was made by cash or debit/credit card on delivery, then the refund will be processed to the bank account details that you provided;
- if payment was made online, then the refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Refunds will only be credited to the bank account you provided if the original form of payment is no longer available, or in the event of a partial refund.
- the vendor or manufacturer retains the right to submit the returned item to experts for warranty analysis purposes. The time allowed for warranty analysis shall not exceed 30 days from the moment the vendor receives the item;
- the final decision on the nature of the defect’s origin will be made following internal expert review.
To begin the refund process, download and complete this form. Attach the completed form in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with a brief description of the issue, a photo of the defect from the product you wish to return, and your preferred contact method (email, Facebook, Whatsapp, Telegram, Viber, VK). A quality assurance manager will contact you to help resolve the issue.
Approval of your claim may take between 1 and 10 business days. After a preliminary review, we will either return the funds to you, or notify you that further expert examination is necessary. Your warranty will still be valid if the claim approval process (including expert examination) extends beyond the length of the warranty period. Processing the refund to your card may take up to 10 business days. This refund period may be briefly extended if your bank has placed a hold on incoming transactions.
Exchanges are only possible by first processing a refund and then completing a new order on our site.
