😊 You will not be denied a refund solely on the basis of no longer having your receipt or order confirmation. Our manager will independently verify your purchase using the details you provide in your refund request.
Yoga mat warranty
We guarantee a long working life for your mat when used indoors, without shoes, and in accordance with the recommended terms of use and care. Detailed instructions can be downloaded on each product card via the "Product use and care" link. The useful life of the mat has no expiration date. The warranty period for all POSA mats is 15 days.
This warranty covers:
- any damage to the surface or base of a brand-new, unused item;
- damage to the print after washing the mat in observance with the product care recommendations;
- damage to the surface after using the mat in accordance with the use instructions;
- peeling of the surface from the base in any area other than the mat’s outer edges.
This warranty does NOT cover:
- damage to the surface caused by wearing shoes while using mat (shoe soles can be very abrasive and retain rocks and other hard objects);
- defects that appear as a result of improper care (i.e. with harsh or abrasive cleaning agents);
- damage to the base caused by washing machine spin cycle;
- breaks, creases, or scratches due to improper storage;
- print discoloration due to prolonged sun exposure.
Warranty for other products
The warranty period for other POSA products is 15 days, unless otherwise indicated on the product card.
Returns policy
To return an item, download a return form, fill it out, and send it to us at quality@posa.yoga. Write a brief description of the issue and include a photo of the item you would like to return. A quality assurance associate will respond to you within 48 hours, send you detailed instructions on the return according to your region, and help you resolve your concern. In certain situations, review of your claim may take up to 10 business days.
- A return form must be submitted within 15 days of order confirmation and payment in the online store, or within the warranty period as specified on your purchased item.
- Return of items purchased remotely is carried out by a shipping partner or postal service. When responding to your return request, a quality assurance associate will inform you about appropriate return options for your shipping region.
- The return shipment must be initiated within 10 days from the moment an associate informs you about appropriate return options for your region, but at least 15 days from the time _____________
- Items purchased together as a set must be returned as a set. If you wish to initiate the return of an incomplete set, you must include this request in your return claim. Upon approval, return of an incomplete set will result in a partial refund. If return of an incomplete set is not previously approved by an associate, the return may be denied.
- Returned items are only accepted in the original, undamaged packaging. In the event that the packaging is missing, you must confirm the possibility and terms of the return with a quality assurance associate. By mutual agreement, upon returning the item without original packaging, the refund amount will be reduced.
- Our associates are required to inspect the returned order and issue a refund within 10 days from the moment they receive it from a shipping collection point or post office, or from a courier service.
- In the event of a dispute, our associates reserve the right to conduct an independent expert review. The review will be completed within 30 calendar days, not including official national holidays.
- If payment was made with cash or bank card, the refund will be sent using the provided bank account details.
- If payment was made in our online store, the refund will be sent using the same payment method and using the same bank account details that were provided during payment. A refund issued directly to a bank account is only possible in cases when it is not possible to issue a refund using the original payment method.
- If the bank card used for payment has expired or been canceled, it is still possible to issue a refund to the bank account that is associated with that card.
- It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to arrive in your bank account, depending on the processing speed of the receiving bank.
How to ship a return
- Pack the items in order to prevent the package from being damaged or opened during shipping. When returning a mat, you must securely tape down the box's end caps from both ends, or you can wrap the box in plastic film so nothing falls out during shipping.
- If the return contains multiple items, they must be packed into a single space to prevent them from separating.
- If a shipping label is generated by one of our associates for the return, this label is only valid for a specific date, for a specific person, and on the following business day. Moving the label to a different date is not permitted according to shipping company terms and will require a new label. At the time of drop-off to the shipping company, the customer must present identification that matches the name on the shipping label. Transferring the return to a third party is not permitted under the shipping company's terms.
- After dropping off the package, you must retain the shipping receipt for the return until you receive confirmation of delivery to our associates, or until you receive the refund. The shipping receipt may be needed in case the package is lost by the shipping company or postal service.
Terms for returning items of satisfactory quality
- Possession of original, undamaged packaging.
- Absence of any signs of use or carrying.
- The refund only covers the cost of the returned items (return shipping and delivery costs are not refunded).
- Non-refundable items: household cleaning products, cosmetics and perfumes, undergarments, socks and stockings, personal hygiene products, jewelry, food and drink storage products, printed material, digital products, gift cards and certificates, discounted items.
- You may not refuse items of otherwise satisfactory quality that contain personalized characteristics or items that were produced and delivered individually and not part of any series.
- In order to ensure a timely refund process, include in your email a photo of the item in the unopened factory packaging, along with a photo of the barcode of the returned item.
- If the item is opened, carefully pack it up to the condition it was in upon delivery. If the item is damaged by the customer during repackaging, the return may be denied.
Terms for returning items of UNsatisfactory quality
You may return a purchased item within the warranty period, or in the event there is no specified warranty period, within 15 days from the moment you obtained the item. In the event of a defective item or improper delivery, the item may be returned even if it does not normally fall within the list of items eligible for return.
- Possession of original, undamaged packaging.
- Absence of any signs of use or carrying, except for any defects found.
- The refund only covers the cost of the returned items, including return shipping and delivery costs.
- In the event of a partial return, the cost of return shipping and handling are not refunded.
- In order to ensure a timely refund process, include in your email a photo of the defect, a photo with an overall view of the item, as well as a photo with the barcode of the returned item.
- In the event of a dispute, our associates reserve the right to conduct an independent expert review. The review will be completed within 30 calendar days, not including official national holidays.
- A final decision regarding the origin of the item's defect will be made following an internal review of the company.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible by first processing a refund and then completing a new order on our site.

It is very rare for parcels to be delayed in transit segments, sorting and processing by customs services. A parcel is considered lost if the movement on a single segment exceeds 60 calendar days or it is not delivered within more than 90 days.

Online payment will occur after your order is confirmed by a sales associate.
When a bank card is used to complete payment online, the cards of most banks can receive standard cashback, if that is specified in your cardholder agreement. The online terminal code is MCC 5691.
Upon choosing to pay online, you can use Visa or MasterCard bank cards. After order confirmation, the order payment page will open a secure window from payment service provider ArsenalPay, where you will need to enter your bank card details.
