NonSlip Travel mats are 183x61 cm; these dimensions are optimal for comfortable practice based on the average size of an adult of European descent (177 cm for men and 169 cm for women). This size helps keep the mat's weight to a minimum. The NonSlip Travel version is 2 mm thick. The assortment also includes the NonSlip Travel Ultima 3.5 mm thick and NonSlip Travel Pro 6 mm thick.

In every POSA mat, there's a special protective layer between the base and the surface that prevents stretching. In fact, the absence of stretching is what distinguishes a high quality yoga mat from a fitness mat or other cheap alternatives.
Do the corners of NonSlip Travel curl up?
Mats from the NonSlip Travel 2 mm series have no problem with upturned corners due to their minimal thickness.
Do NonSlip Travel mats have an odor?
A new mat may give off a mild rubber odor straight out of the box. It's not toxic or hazardous to your health. In general, the smell will dissipate between a couple hours to 1-3 days later. The intensity will depend on your individual sensitivity. To ensure the odor fades quickly, we recommend you unroll your mat in a well-ventilated area. Any further cleaning or processing of the mat is not necessary.
Do the NonSlip Travel mat's colors bleed?
Surface printing occurs during the manufacturing process of the material. The mat does not fade or leave dye residue. We use a hot engraving method to produce the design. After production the mats undergo a cleaning process, but in rare cases a small amount of engraved dust may remain inside the grooves. That's why you should wipe your mat with a moist cloth before your first session if you find small pieces of material.
Are the NonSlip Travel mat's materials safe for my skin?
The mats consist of natural, ecological materials and stable polymers. All materials are hypoallergenic and completely safe for humans and animals, as long as they're not consumed as food. The mats that are made entirely from synthetic materials are antimicrobial, so mold, fungus, and other microorganisms will not survive and multiply. Still, we recommend you regularly wipe your mat down with a moist cloth so you won't leave these microorganisms to die on the surface of your mat ;)
What does the Eco-friendly label on your products mean?
The Eco-Friendly tag means that our products either do not cause harm to the environment, or they bring a minimal amount of harm with normal use. The mats are composed of stable polymers which are recyclable.

How do I properly roll the NonSlip Travel mat up?
Always roll up your mat up with the upper layer facing out. Proper mat storage will greatly extend its useful life.
Can I fold the NonSlip Travel mat instead of rolling it up?
You can fold the NonSlip Travel mats up like a towel. Having said that, folding should only be done while in transit: you should always store your mat long-term in the rolled up state.
How should I care for my NonSlip Travel mat?
A brand new mat may retain traces of rubber dust on the surface. Wipe it down with a soft towel that has been dipped in warm water, and let the mat dry out. To ensure your mat stays in good shape for as long as possible, wash your hands and feet before each practice. Wipe your mat with a moist cloth to remove accumulated dust and sweat after practicing. Do not use soap or other products intended for your skin to clean your mat.
How do I clean my NonSlip Travel mat if becomes heavily soiled?
Mix one drop of dish detergent or a couple dashes of laundry detergent powder into 500 ml of water, moisten a soft cloth with this solution, and wipe your mat down. Do not use soap or other products intended for your skin as they contain natural or synthetic oils and softening agents. They are difficult to wash off and may leave your surface slippery. Don't leave your mat to soak in water as this may cause the layers to separate. Only use a soft cloth or sponge. Using harsh sponges or brushes may damage the surface.
What's the best way to dry my NonSlip Travel mat out?
Leave your mat spread out for 10-15 minutes after using a moist cloth, or for a few hours after spraying it down. Don't dry your mat under direct sunlight, on a radiator, or near a heating element. Do not roll your mat up if it's still moist. Storing a mat that's not fully dry may significantly shorten its useful life.
Can I practice in shoes on the NonSlip Travel mat?
Careful use of sneakers with soft soles is permitted. Scuff marks on the sleek surface will be more noticeable than if shoes were not worn during practice.
Can I practice outdoors with the NonSlip Travel mat?
Yes you can. Do not lay your mat on sharp rocks, gravel, or other rough surfaces that may damage the mat's base.
What is the proper temperature range for using and storing the NonSlip Travel mat?
Don't store your mat near heating elements, under direct sunlight, or in below-freezing temperatures. Don't leave your mat for long periods in your car, especially on hot or freezing days.
Which situations might cause my hands to slip on the NonSlip Travel mat?
Your hands might slip on a NonSlip Travel mat if:
- You use hand lotion with silicon additives. In that case your skin may stay slippery for up to 72 hours;
- You wash your mat with soap or other products intended for skin;

How much does shipping cost?

What shipping methods and times are available?
We offer shipping via standard and express postal services, as well as international shipping to your front door if that option is available in your region at checkout time. You can select a shipping method in your Shopping Cart. A customer service associate will confirm shipping availability upon checkout. Orders will be shipped within 3 days from the moment they are confirmed. Shipping times for international orders vary from 14-55 days, depending on the region. Shipping times may be longer during national holidays.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a message with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment via email, SMS, or messenger apps.
How long will the pickup point hold my order for?
Holding times depend on the transport company and the terms of service of each specific pickup point. On average it ranges from 7-10 days. At post offices packages may be held for up to 20 days. If you do not pick up your package in time, it will be returned to us and you'll receive a refund minus the cost of shipping and return shipping.
Can I designate somebody else as a recipient?
If you know beforehand that someone else will be receiving your order, please indicate the recipient's details in the comments of your order, or send a message to an associate during checkout. After your order is shipped, we are not able to change the delivery address or the recipient's name. Most shipping companies will only deliver prepaid packages to the customer indicated on the shipping label. If you'd like to know whether it's possible for another person to receive your package for you, please confirm that option with the postal service or shipping company in your region.
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay for your purchase online after an associate confirms your order. Depending on your region and shipping method, some payment methods may not be available. You will be shown all the available payment methods while completing your order.

Why are there different prices for mats within the same series?
All mats within a single series are identical in regards to specifications and only differ in the color of the surface and the print. If we happen to have a larger stock of a certain print, the price may be slightly lower. Difference in price does not mean difference in quality.
Are there any special terms for instructors?
For instructors of yoga, fitness, stretching, and dance we offer a 25% discount off the product total of your order. While processing your order we will ask you to provide legitimate proof of your instructor status, for example a certificate of completion of an instructor course.
I teach without a certificate. Can I also receive instructor discount?
The discount is only offered to certified instructors. If you teach without a diploma or certificate that can prove your status, this discount will not be available.
I am still in the process of certification. Can I also receive the instructor discount?
The discount is only offered to certified instructors. You can receive this discount after completing your certification.
I would like to gift a mat to my instructor. Can I also receive the instructor discount?
The discount is not available based on another person's certification. The instructor would need to independently complete an order and confirm their status.
Can I combine a promo code discount with an instructor discount?
Promo codes cannot be combined with instructor discounts. You can only apply one discount to your order.
Can I combine discounts with accrued POSA bonus points?
Discounts and bonus points cannot be combined. You may only receive one discount for your order: either by promo code or by bonus points.
