POSA mats reviews
Lidia — yoga instructor (Align Crimson Moon)
I’m testing out a new mat from the POSA Yoga Align series. When you train with it, you notice a whole set of features—light weight, thickness, and softness. It feels nice to the touch and the grip is excellent! As for the grip, I’ve put this mat through some asana trials where I truly needed the surface to not slip. It has visual markers which will help beginners orient themselves to the corners and various distances in asanas. This wasn’t so relevant for me, but it does seem to be a pretty popular feature. 😁 It’s a good option if you want to combine lightness+softness/thickness+good grip, all within a high quality mat. Pranayama practice on this is awesome by the way. Two hours in lotus pose definitely requires a soft mat. 😁😇Instagram @gutorenko]

I finally got my new personal yoga motivator, the super thin POSA AsanaTravel Layers mat. It’s so lightweight and compact which makes it a perfect companion for any trip. And the design is just unreal! I’m already in love :) Thank you those who produced it, the quality is marvelous. 🙏Instagram @santosha_tver

I have a new roommate 🤩 The Align yoga mat from POSA Yoga This is the lightest mat I’ve ever had in my life. For me, like for many other practitioners, the mat’s weight is a very important factor ☝️ It’s a truly pleasant experience, which means it’s not only nice to practice on it, but also to just lay on it ✨ I’ll be using it for meditations in the future. It’s lightweight, so I want to try using it for outdoor practice. Also, it’s very comfortable for stretching because it’s not hard on my bones. That’s the one—the beautiful blue mat that I’m standing on ♥️Instagram @yogamiroslavskaya]

I’ve been testing out my POSA Asana Travel mat for a month and a half. In short, here’s what I like:💛 It’s very pretty, which is important for the ladies. It makes you want to do yoga on it.
💛 It’s grippy! The grip is activated by body heat, but for me even at the start of a session, downward-facing dog sticks like a champ!!
💛 It’s stylish!
💛 This mat is now my inseparable companion to all my yoga seminars and nature excursions!

POSA’s NonSlip Pro mat has enriched my personal yoga mat collection. It has gone through rigorous testing. And my verdict? An excellent choice. 💪💯 The mat’s surface works great as a stable anchor for asanas while providing an amazing grip. It also handles dynamic vinyasas fantastically. The simple design, compactness, structural integrity, and color all work out to a tee. 👌 This mat is at the top of my list right now.Instagram @tatiana_tikhanchik

I don’t just practice yoga in my hometown, I also do it while traveling on vacation. That’s why I need a lightweight yoga mat. This mat is very light at 850 g, the base is very nice, and I intentionally chose these graphics. The visual markers are amazing — convenient and gorgeous! The base doesn’t slip whatsoever, when I’m practicing and it’s very hot, my sweat drips down and my hands and feet don’t slip, it’s fantastic. I highly recommend, this is now my Yoga Travel Friend.Instagram @elena_yoga_ger]

I have some good news :) Today I received my POSA Asana Travel mat. And I’m super glad that my expectations have been fulfilled!!! The grip is amazing and it’s activated by warmth. My mat only weighs 1 kg, and it can be folded up several times which is very convenient. I should mention too that the color scheme is also nice :) I’m so happy with it! I absolutely recommend this mat from POSA.Instagram @olesya_sahnova

The hardest part of yoga is spreading out your mat. And that’s the honest truth. For anyone worrying about which mat to buy next, I can recommend POSA NonSlip Pro mats without hesitation! I’ll share with you what was most important for me during my selection:1. My body, hands, and feet do not slip. Even if it’s cold or, on the contrary, really hot.
2. It’s very easy to clean.
3. It’s not too thick, but still very soft. It’s not hard on my knees and elbows.
4. The size and weight are perfect for me. 183×61 cm.
Basically, a session is worth a thousand words. Then you’ll see what I’m talking about. :)

There’s a new addition to my yoga mat collection! 🤗 POSA Yoga Seaside 17 is the name of this soft and very durable yoga mat. 😍 I love these soft and comfy mats. ❤❤❤ The color scheme makes me happy (pink and blue 😋💙💖 - precisely what I love 😜). During practice I also realized that it has very convenient visual markers—clear geometric lines that help me place my hands and feet in the perfect positions 👣! This is absolutely thrilling for my inner perfectionist! 🙏Instagram @amurnatalii

It’s finally time for me to write about my POSA NonSlipPro mat. I’ve had it for about six months and we are rarely apart 🙌. It’s been a huge help for me in the winter in cool studios, when my hands are freezing for half the class 🙈, and during seminars when it’s suuuper hot 🔥. And right now, even in the outdoors, it maintains a good grip, doesn’t stretch out or lose its shape, and it’s easy to clean. It’s very important to me that a mat is comfortable, that I can jump on it anywhere, in any clothes. A perfect mat is also one that acts as insurance against injury during certain asanas 👆.Instagram @lightsur
