I now have a brand new sparkling POSA NonSlipPro yoga mat. It’s very grippy, which is exactly what I need for my sweaty palms and a glamorous photoshoot. 😂😂😂 Anyway, this is quite a find! 🙏 ⭐ It sticks to my palms and holds on like a second skin! This is the first time I’ve been able to execute some balance poses that require a secure grip without any slips or fear of twisting an elbow.

Where practice gets its integrity and strength. Where you completely lose yourself in the process and get carried away.
