POSA mats reviews
Vera — yoga instructor (Asana Travel Layers)
I want to give my review of the POSA Yoga Asana Travel mat. I’ve had this spectacular mat for 2 weeks and I take it with me everywhere. For solo sessions, at the park, at the gym, at home, everywhere :) It’s very comfy and lightweight. I can fold it up to the size of a standard letter and take it with me simply by sticking it in my purse. And the most important feature for me is that I can use it while my palms are sweaty. Those who slip on their mats will understand where I’m coming from :) The quality of my practice has flown sky-high—gravity has no hold on me anymore :) And it’s so preeeeetty 😍 An absolute pleasure to practice on it. I don’t regret my decision to get this mat one bit.Instagram @vera_and_yoga

This is my second mat from POSA Yoga, and my first mat that’s specifically NonSlip Pro. I remember back when I didn’t know how to do downward dog and my fingers were constantly sliding across the mat. I didn’t understand why nobody could make a decent mat that let me practice without worrying about my hands flying off the mat during my second exhale 😥. Now my downward dog is amazing on any surface, but I want to make sure my handstands are solid. So thank you POSA Yoga for my «watershed» moment and the chance to not waste my time on bad surfaces, but to truly be on cloud nine ♥.Instagram @topchenkomaria

In regards to yoga mats, I’ve always maintained the opinion that «a bad workman always blames his tools,» and I never paid any attention to the newer stuff 🤷 But now, after doing yoga for a month and a half on my POSA NonSlipPro mat, I can say with confidence that I am in heaven 😍 The sticky polyurethane surface has turned out to be a magic wand which has pushed my already significant progress forward. The mat does not care whatsoever whether I start my practice with freezing cold hands ❄️ or if I’m already warmed up and sweaty 💦 — the grip is simply rock-solid. That’s an amazing sensation ☺️Instagram @darin.yoga

I would like to share my impressions with you of the POSA Align mat. The first thing that you’ll notice during practice is the mat’s softness. This is an undeniable benefit for beginners and those with sensitive knee/hip joints. At a thickness of 6 mm, it’s ultralightweight, coming in at only 850 g (1.9 lb). That makes it very easy to carry to the studio or even to an outdoor practice area. As the owner of dry palms who is constantly slipping on my mats, I have to say that I feel very stable on this mat. I don’t slip in downward dog! It has proven itself worthy during practice—it doesn’t roll back up on itself, it sticks solidly to the floor, and it doesn’t shift around during various jumps.Instagram @pershanina_irina

So I’ve had my new professional mat from POSA Quadrum 18 for a week now 🖤 and I’d love to share my first impressions with you 💫 This beauty has met (and even surpassed) all my expectations! ✨ The grip from the mat’s surface is simply unreal! My palms and feet do not slip at all! ✨ It’s insanely beautiful 🖤🖤🖤 I had a hard time choosing a design because all the mats from this line are so awesome ❤️ ✨ I’ll be forever grateful for my new personal yoga assistant!Instagram @chita.margarita

My new POSA NonSlipPro mat is a dream come true! It’s simply perfect, and worth every penny! My hands and feet are always cold and dry at the beginning of practice, and it’s a real problem because they normally slip on the mat until I start to sweat. But this mat doesn’t slip at all! Hands or feet, dry or wet, they stay in place! It sounds impossible, but it’s true! It’s environmentally friendly and it’s soooooo pretty! Those are all the positive aspects I can think of, but maybe there are even more 😊. I recommend it whole heartedly!Instagram @jane_yoginya

I’m breaking in my new POSA Align mat. The grip is on point 💪 The surface feels so niiice 🥰 And the visual markers! It’s so cool, you think you’re just practicing, and you don’t even notice how you’re unconsciously orienting yourself to the dots and lines 👯♀️ And on top of all that, the mat is hypoallergenic and non-toxic 🌱 😉Instagram @oksana.asana

When I roll out my mat it’s just 1 square meter, yet I manage to find it everywhere! For a long time I’ve wanted a travel mat to replace the towel I was using for yoga, and now on trips I bring along my cute little POSA Asana Travel Layers 18 ❤️. It folds up like a towel and fits into any backpack or suitcase. It’s the perfect choice for travelers and eternal students! 👈 You can lay it right on top of the carpet in any room and have instant hygiene and comfort! The designs are the most unique I’ve ever come across, with geometric patterns as well as some awesome color schemes. I wholeheartedly recommend this travel edition ✔️.Instagram @evafi

Guys, I’m in love ... ♡♡♡ I found the Chosen One — a grippy mat from POSA Yoga ❤️ I absolutely love the rock-solid grip on my hands and feet🗿 dry ☀️, moist 💧 — it doesn’t matter! The magic 💫 of this mat is total guaranteed grip with no slipping‼️, even while wearing socks 🧦 !!! OMG, it’s fantastic ✨🌟💫 I’ve been dreaming 🥰 of a practice companion like this! POSA NonSlipPro is 💯% the best of any mat that I’ve had the pleasure of trying 🌟️! I also love the mat’s thickness, it’s perfect for my sensitive knees.Instagram @by_maria_bonita

I want to share my experience so far with the POSA Align. This mat is really different from other mats! It’s ultra-lightweight, but at the same time thick and bouncy. It’s solid and keeps its shape well, doesn’t dent easily, and is great for people with sensitive joints. It has an unbelievably nice hypoallergenic, velvety surface. Touching it is an absolute pleasure. It’s also lovely to look at! As always, the graphic design is stylish, but this time it’s not just a simple print, it also has fun indicator marks to assist beginners. I’m planning on taking it to the park for practice the entire summer. It’s easy to carry around and easy to clean—what else would you need for outdoor practice? Besides a solid grip for your hands and feet of course :)Instagram @mari.philippova
